CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS of the POINT ALLERTON ASSOCIATION
(A Partial List)
ARTICLE ONE: NAME
This Association shall be known as the Point Allerton Association.
ARTICLE TWO: OBJECTIVES
Section 1: This association shall initiate and work for the protection of the properties within this Allerton Hill area (see Article 3, Section 2) consistent with the laws governing the same.
Section 2: This association shall be non-political and non-partisan.
Section 3: This association shall initiate and work for social, community, municipal and public benefits and improvements within our district.
ARTICLE THREE: MEMBERSHIP
Section 1: The membership of this association shall be the family members of present owning, leasing, or renting (year-round, winter or summer) residents within the Allerton Hill area.
Section 2: The section referred to as Allerton Hill shall include all properties between X Street, 955 Nantasket Avenue and the Boston Harbor shore line of Allerton Hill.
